Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK, dengan NEM / nilai raport rata-rata 7 (Berijazah)
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun (Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar)
Memiliki kemauan untuk bekerja dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
Memiliki kepribadian yang baik (Jujur, disiplin, dan sopan)
Diutamakan berdomisili di daerah Bandung, Cimahi, Padalarang dan sekitarnya
